Measuring your dog
Generally, the most accurate way to determine your dog's collar size is by measuring your dog's neck. Measure at the narrowest point of your dog’s neck, just as tight or loose as you would like the new collar to fit.
The collar should be snug, without being so tight that it will cause discomfort or loose enough to slide over your dog’s head.
As a rule of thumb, a well-fitting collar should leave just enough room for you to slide two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck.

Initially we got the wrong size, but Anita was very helpful in guiding us to what size would be suitable based on the dogs measurements and we were able to arrange a larger size. Delivery took some time but that can be expected since it was being shipped to New Zealand. The collar is beautiful, well made and It melts into our Pomeranian boys’ fur like butter. The colours are stunning and bright, and there is very little fur indentation. The rope design seems to have ever so slightly more give/stretch compared to the leather however not enough to suggest sizing up or down, it just flexes differently. We got these collars so that our dog could always be wearing his tags & AppleTag, so it’s purely a ‘fashion’ collar and would not be used for attaching a lead to. Highly recommend for double coat dogs

I love the collar! More importantly, Buckie loves it. He's a German Pinscher and so has a very short coat; some collars irritate him and make him scratch, but this one does not. Upon examination, the materials seem very high quality and the workmanship sound.
Also, Buckie is a ranch dog, very "rough-and-tough," living in rough, tough country--which makes the bright, variegated colors a fun touch of bling.
I ordered the collar and it was beautiful! Unfortunately though I measured it barely fit my girl so I asked to get the next size up. After emailing and the trying the chat I was sent a link for a Prepaid return label and was told the new collar would be sent out in a couple of days. This was back in Feb and I am still waiting for the new collar. There is not a number to call to talk with a person. I really love their products but am frustrated that I still don’t have the collar or any shipping information on it so that I can track it
