HUND's Return and Exchange Policy for Customers residing in US.
During these unprecedented times we have made the exchange process easier and safer for our customers.
Upon your email request to email@example.com Subject:" Exchange Request"we will email a $3.99 return label to you (You are responsible to pay the $3.99) and we ask you to hand the return over to your mailman/mailbox or nearest USPS drop off box. We ship the new item to you within the next few days. We pay for shipping to you.
If you are not 100% happy with your product you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it.
Please return the unused item to: HUND Denmark 2117, Brookgate Dr. Grapevine, TX. 76051 using any postal service of your choice.
Please ensure to include your order number and/or full name as well as a note requesting a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect the item to ensure it is unused and damage free. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 1-4 weeks depending on your card issuer's policies. There will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the return balance.
