If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

We now offer free, unlimited exchanges within the U.S. to help you find the perfect product — no stress, no extra cost.
🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

Follow the prompts to receive your prepaid shipping label.

Print your label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any USPS location.

🌍 International Orders
For customers outside the U.S., shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (to and from our location).

Custom-made items are non-refundable, but we’re happy to help you with an exchange if needed.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy (HUND Denmark)
At HUND Denmark, we take great care in ensuring your handcrafted items arrive safely. All orders include tracking details once shipped. Once a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx marks a package as “Delivered,” it confirms the order was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Please note that HUND Denmark is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or missing after confirmed delivery. In these cases, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office for possible misdelivery.
Customers who wish to add signature confirmation or insurance coverage to their shipment may contact us prior to shipping.
While we cannot refund or replace orders once marked delivered, our team is happy to assist you in filing a carrier claim and may, at our discretion, offer a courtesy discount toward a future purchase as a gesture of goodwill.
