I ordered a collar, two leashes and an Air Tag holder. One of the leashes is incorrect. I emailed customer service TWICE to [****] in attempts to inquire and correct my order with no response over the last three to four weeks. Great products, but the support of the products is less than stellar.
Ordered the 16-18 inch collar for our girl and was very happy. Ordered the 18-20 inch collar for our boy and was shocked at the size increase in the clasp - at least 2.5 times as large and much too big and bulky. Maybe good on a Great Dane but much too large for our medium size breed. So be aware when ordering. Gave it 3 stars as I am half happy :)
I need the next size up in collar - 14 inch and have emailed and called multiple times with no response. I ordered because people said the exchange policy was a good one. I disagree.
This is a great collar.The leather is so soft and my dog is a large dog with lots of hair! It does not seem to irritate him as much as other leather collar. I love the quick release buckle. This was the perfect collar for him!
Perfect for my Sheltie’s long fur. Tangles much less than a flat collar.
