Returns:

We offer 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns. Begin your return process online, print your label, and drop it off at USPS. Choose between:

• Store Credit: Receive a credit for the full amount.

• Full Refund: Get a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

International Returns:

To charge almost $17 to return items that were poorly sized and too heavy for a strong dog is just a bad business practice. No way would I risk another “fee” to try another one of your very expensive items. Enjoy that $16.40 since you’ll not see another dime from me.
